Here’s a healthy and nutritious weeknight dinner. It just takes 20-30 minutes to assemble in the morning, and you have a hot and tasty meal waiting for you at dinnertime…To save even more time, you can do a lot of the prepping the night before. Now there’s no reason to hit a drive-thru when you need dinner on the run.
Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground beef, grass-fed
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 ½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. fresh cracked Pepper
1 tsp. dried Parsley flakes
½ large Onion, chopped small
3 ribs Celery, chopped small
1 Egg
½ cup of Almond Flour
½ cup of Oat Flour
2 tsp, Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup Chili Sauce
Mix above ingredients together, then form a loaf, Put in crockpot.
Top with a mixture of ½ cup of Ketchup, and ¼ cup Mustard.
Add:
½ large Onion, chopped large
3 large Carrots, chopped (1 inch pieces)
3 ribs Celery, chopped (1 inch pieces)
3 Potatoes, chopped large
Assemble chopped veggies around loaf.
Set Crock-pot to: Low – for 6-8 hours (recommended), or High – for 4 hours, or use Auto setting if available.
