Oven Roasted Baby Dutch Potatoes

Talk about simple, you can’t get more simplified than this side dish. These cute little baby potatoes don’t need much seasoning to improve on their buttery flavor.


1-2 lbs. New Baby Dutch Potatoes  img_9269
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder


Preheat oven to 400º  F. Line a baking sheet (jelly roll pan) with Parchment Paper, or Foil. Place potatoes in gallon size zip-lock bag, add olive oil, seal bag and  shake so all potatoes are evenly covered. Pour potatoes out onto sheet pan, spread out into one layer, season with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.

Pairs great with Pan-seared & Glazed Brussel Sprouts
